The sRGB quantization table of programs/pathtrace: `pt_srgb_t[k]` is the least linear value (as f32 bits)
whose 8-bit sRGB code is k. The tone map finds a pixel's code by binary search over it, so every backend
quantizes identically without evaluating a transfer curve.

**Ported from** `crates/pathtrace-core/src/scene_data.rs` (`SRGB_T`, generated by `scene.py`).
Freestanding data. **Tested** through `quantize` in `@ajax/pathtrace-f32` and `-z` (200 000 inputs against
the Rust, and the Rust's `quantize_is_srgb`).
